All the comforts in home equipment. Ideal for families or large groups. The area is residential, very quiet and well-kept and the beach is about 250 meters from the house. About 10 minutes walking. There is a supermarket nearby and Marbella center is 5 km away.

Cancellation Policy
Strict: Booking is non-refundable, but if you cancel before to make the second payment, at least 60 days before arrival, you will not lose the remaining 50%. If you do it after that period, you will lose 100% of the amount paid (except the security deposit).
Additional rules information
Guest shall pay a refundable damage deposit of 800€ upon their arrival to the property by credit card and will be refunded a week after their departure if no damages at the property.
