How much does it cost?

We list your property for free and we charge 10% when a successful reservation has been made.

How do I take bookings?

Travelers book instantly if they see your property free for their dates right from your listing, and always pay securely on our website.

When customers pay?

Clients will pay 50% of the total amount for the reservation, and the remaining 50% one month before their arrival to the property, so we collect full amount before client’s arrival to the property.

how it works "Instant book"?

1.- INSTANT BOOKING

With Instant Book, travelers who meet your requirements and agree to your house rules, can book your rental without submitting a booking request. As long as the travelers’ dates are available, the booking will be instantly confirmed.

How does it work?
  • Making your life easier: This feature removes the need for you to have to respond to each and every request (and, in turn, removes the risk of you being labelled an ‘unresponsive’ host) which means more time for you and your family.
  • Making their life easier: Many guests are booking accommodation on the run. They are logging on at airports and train stations – trying to book somewhere to stay for the night. Or sitting with their laptops trying to plan a holiday with limited time. These guests can use filters so that only accommodation with Instant Book appears in their searches. They want hassle-free booking and Instant Book provides that.
  • Moving your property up the list: The Instant Book feature benefits
    your response rate for your listing which has the potential to move you up the list when it comes to search results.

What kind of space can I list?

Once the reservation has been made, we will send you the customer data so that you can contact them when you need it.

How to get paid?

How payments work

Money is transferred approximately 24 hours after the check-in stated on the booking confirmation. This only happens on working days.

If you’d chosen for the money to go to a:

  • Bank account, transfers normally take 3-5 working days
  • PayPal account, transfers normally happen the same day.

Very occasionally, we may experience delays from banks or PayPal. If you haven’t received your money, please allow a further 24 hours before contacting us.

What are the cancellation policies available for my ad?

When we create your ad you will have to choose between one of the 3 cancellation options for the traveler.

– Strict: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days prior to arrival.
If they cancel between 15 and 29 days before the stay begins, you will receive the amount corresponding to 50% of all nights.
If they do it after that period, you will receive 100% of all nights.

– Relaxed: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival.
If they cancel between 7 and 30 days before the stay begins, you will receive the amount corresponding to 50% of all nights.
In case they cancel when there are less than 7 days before the stay begins, you will receive 100% of all the nights.
They can also get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as there is at least 14 days until arrival.

– Flexible: Guests can cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund. In these cases, you will not charge anything.
If they do so after that period, you will receive 50% of the total amount of the reservation, once our commission has been deducted.

* Remember that in the face of constant disbelief due to the global crisis of covid 19, most travelers feel more comfortable reserving spaces that have more flexible cancellation policies, so you will get more reservations as more flexible your policy is.
