With Instant Book, travelers who meet your requirements and agree to your house rules, can book your rental without submitting a booking request. As long as the travelers’ dates are available, the booking will be instantly confirmed.

We’ll notify you via email that you have new request from a traveler. You can read and reply to all of your messages from your Douvle account’s Inbox, which helps you prioritize the items that need your attention the most.
With online bookings, we provide payment protection by taking all payments securely online and transferring the money to your chosen account after the guest has checked in.
How payments work
Money is transferred approximately 24 hours after the check-in stated on the booking confirmation. This only happens on working days.

Very occasionally, we may experience delays from banks or PayPal. If you haven’t received your money, please allow a further 24 hours before contacting us.
Please set your payment methods in your dashboard to be sure you will receive the money of the rentals.
You can check the status of all your payments, for confirmed bookings, on the invoice page in your account.
You can cancel the reservation before the start of the rental but your positioning and visibility will be affected and to do it more than once we reserve the right to remove your ad from our website. Likewise, you will be eligible for the superhost category if you cancel more than twice in a year.
